The Coptic church in Manila, Philippines is currently about 300 sqft which allows for 40 people to pray at the same time. There’s an opportunity to lease the building next door for $1,200 a month on a 5-year term. This expansion will allow for over 200 congregants to pray at the same time. Due to the current space, Sunday school services take about 5+ hours to complete each Sunday; with the expansion, the space will allow for multiple classes to be conducted at the same time and the service can be completed in 1 hour; thus, allowing for additional different services to be done on Sunday.
