Dominican Republic Mission 2024

Under the guidance of His Eminence Metropolitan Serapion, the LA Diocese Mission DOME is excited to host its 2nd annual mission trip to Dominican Republic with 2 trips: January 29 - February 6th and July 8 to the 18th. We will be serving the congregation of Puerto Plata, D.R under the guidance of His Grace Bishop Youssef of Bolivia. Leading this mission will be Father Abraam Ayoub. This trip will focus on both Medical (Internal Medicine, Pediatric, Family Medicine and Pharmacy) and Spiritual mission work; Spanish speakers are highly encouraged to participate.

    We will be serving The Dominican Republic under the guidance of Bishop Youssef of Bolivia and Dominican Republic.

  • Father Abraam Ayoub

    The mission trip will be lead by Rev. Father Abraam of St. Thomas the Hermit Coptic Church in Temecula, California.

Included

Lodging at church building, local transportation, most meals and mission work.

Attendees & Services

20 available spots (July) for age 18+ (under 18 must be accompanied by an adult).

Services include market preaching, arts, crafts and activities for all locals in church, preparing small talks for all different ages, liturgical prayers, orphanage, senior home, disabled home and visiting local schools.

Fun activities include beach activities, visiting historical sites and more.

Cost, flight and deadlines

$750 plus Airfare

Once registration info and deposit received, you will be added to a communication group and will be provided with recommended flight info.

Registration is now open! you may select 3 payments of $250 each. The first payment must be submitted with registration by February 1st and final payment is due by April 8th.
