Mission Trips 2026
Kenya
Under the guidance of His Eminence Metropolitan Serapion, the LA Diocese Mission DOME is excited to host its 3rd annual mission trip to Kenya July 6th - July 17th. We will be serving the congregation of Nairobi and surrounding villages, under the guidance of His Grace Bishop Boules of Kenya. Leading this mission will be (Father TBD) This trip will focus on Spiritual mission work and light medical work.
Philippines
Under the guidance of His Eminence Metropolitan Serapion, the LA Diocese Mission DOME is excited to host its 3rd annual mission trip to the Philippines June 9th - June 17th. We will be serving the congregation of Manila and surrounding areas, under the guidance of His Grace Bishop Rewais of East Asia. Leading this mission will be Bishoy Ray. This trip will focus on both Medical (focus on Metal health, Dental, General doctors and Pharmacists) and Spiritual mission work.
Bolivia
Under the guidance of His Eminence Metropolitan Serapion, the LA Diocese Mission DOME is hosting its 5th annual mission trip to Bolivia December 20th - December 30th. We will be serving the congregation of Santa Cruz, Bolivia under the guidance of His Grace Bishop Youssef of Bolivia. Leading this mission will be Father (TBD). This trip will focus on both Medical and Spiritual mission work; Spanish speakers are highly encouraged to participate.
Namibia
Under the guidance of His Eminence Metropolitan Serapion, the LA Diocese Mission DOME is excited to host its 2nd annual mission trip to Namibia July 15th - July 25th. We will be serving the congregation of Namibia and surrounding villages, under the guidance of His Grace Bishop Joseph, Bishop of Namibia, Botswana, Malawi and Zimbabwe. Leading this mission will be Father Paul Elias. This trip will focus on both Medical and Spiritual mission work.
Thailand
Under the guidance of His Eminence Metropolitan Serapion, the LA Diocese Mission DOME is excited to host its 1st mission trip to Thailand July 6th - July 16th. We will be serving the congregation of Bangkok and Sangklaburi, under the guidance of His Grace Bishop Daniel of Sydney, Australia. Leading this mission will be Father Paul Baky. This trip will focus on Spiritual mission work in our church, Orphanage and the near-by villages.
Ecuador and Peru
Under the guidance of His Eminence Metropolitan Serapion, the LA Diocese Mission DOME is hosting its 1st mission trip to Equator and Peru June 22nd to July 4th. We will be serving the newly established churches under the guidance of His Grace Bishop Youssef of Bolivia. Leading this mission will be Father Abraam Ayoub. This trip will focus on both Medical and Spiritual mission work; Spanish speakers are highly encouraged to participate.
Dominican Republic
Under the guidance of His Eminence Metropolitan Serapion, the LA Diocese Mission DOME is hosting its 1st mission trip to Equator and Peru June 22nd to July 4th. We will be serving the newly established churches under the guidance of His Grace Bishop Youssef of Bolivia. Leading this mission will be Father Abraam Ayoub. This trip will focus on both Medical and Spiritual mission work; Spanish speakers are highly encouraged to participate.
Hawaii
Under the guidance of His Eminence Metropolitan Serapion, the LA Diocese Mission DOME is excited to host its 7th annual mission trip to Hawaii March 24th - March 29th. We will be serving the island of Oahu and the St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church of Honolulu, through various services, under the guidance of His Eminence Metropolitan Serapion. Leading this mission will be Father Anthony Mikael.
Caribbean
At this time, a trip to the Caribbean is in the planning stage; potential destinations are Bermuda, St. Thomas and/or St. Kitts. Please come back for more information.
