Communications
Registration: consists of filling out the form online and making the deposit.
Commitment: Must be able to join the entire trip. No part time participation.
Communication: After registering, you'll be added to a WhatsApp group. Make sure to have the app. All communications will be there.
Two WhatsApp Groups: One for attendees, Leading Priest, Coordinator, and Mission Director. The other includes approved attendees and parents.
Meetings: 2-3 mandatory Zoom calls scheduled.
Workshops: Attend 1 or 2 workshops to understand mission work and the host country. Communications will be sent on WhatsApp.
Visa or Vaccine: Trip details will indicate if these are required.

Payments and Refunds
Payment Options: Pay in full or in multiple installments, with a deposit due upon registration. Balance must be paid in full by end of registration period (indicated on each trip’s page).
Refunds: Request a refund before the payment deadline, $100 is non-refundable and will be considered a donation to the trip.
Cancellations: Only register if you're certain to attend to avoid affecting the group. We understand emergencies and have a refund process.
Flights: Flight cost is not included.

Hospitality
Only registered attendees stay in rooms.
Occupants are responsible for damages.
No visits between males and females.
Husbands, wives, and family may share rooms based on assignments.

Flights
We will provide flight recommendations on a zoom call after 10 people have registered.
Register early to get cheaper flight options
We encourage everyone to fly together to avoid multiple pick up buses.

Expectations and Guidelines:
Leading Priest will prepare spiritual topics before and during the trip.
Attend all scheduled meetings so everyone meets each other.
No part-time attendance. Everyone must be present from the first mission day and required to leave on the last scheduled day.
Stay together for safety during the mission.
Obligatory participation in mission activities and prayer meetings.
No smoking or alcohol.
We highly encourage you to shorten your time on social media to maximize your presence.
Modest attire for liturgies and other activities.

Misbehavior may affect your ability to attend future missions.
